TRI Center Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated LMSW or LMHC to join our team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
- Connect clients with community resources, referrals, and support services
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Active New York State LMSW or LMHC licensure required. Limited permit acceptable.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Experience in direct clinical practice, case management, or counseling services
- Proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and crisis intervention
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration
- Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-focused approach to care

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year

The professional staff at TRI Center is comprised of experienced, highly trained clinicians. Our team includes Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSWs), Ph.D. psychologists, Certified Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselors (CASACs), nurses, case managers and an MD psychiatrist, all situated on the premises of our three local offices.
